Key Achievements
The project was delivered within budget and program and successfully delivered on its key project objective; to deliver a World Class Medical Research Facility.
Augusta set up the project framework, worked with SA Health (Major Projects Office) and assisted with authority approvals, titles, cabinet submissions and licences. She was also responsible for liaising with other state government stakeholders including the NRAH consortia, Public Transport Services (PTS), Office of the Coordinator General (OCG), DAC, Integrated Design Commission (IDC) and utilities ETSA and APA.
Augusta led the project team, the success of which could only be achieved through a shared project vision and outcomes. A team of project representatives from each stakeholder and company worked to establish a project charter, which made it possible to achieve the shared vision and outcomes.
